Please respect our opening times - Reception open 7 days/week 9.00 am – 12.00 pm and 2.00 pm – 5.00 pm
Fees are chargeable per day or part day including day of arrival and departure. Fees must be paid at the latest on the day of departure except for long term boarders of 1 month or more which are to be paid in advance on receipt of invoice. A £20.00 non-refundable deposit/admin fee is required to secure booking. Cats transported by ourselves are to be paid in full on collection. Interest charged on overdue accounts.
Accommodation is available from 9.00 am on day of arrival until 5.00 pm on day of departure.
Please expect to pay for all days booked in the event of leaving early.
Cancellations.
All cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail to rosedale.cattery@outlook.com. The following charges apply. 21 days + notice – deposit only. 7 to 20 days’ notice – 25% of fee. 1 to 6 days’ notice – 50% of fee. Less than 1 days’ notice or no show- full fee payable.
Cats can only be admitted if accompanied by an up-to-date certificate of vaccination which we must keep for the duration of the stay. (Condition of license) All cats to be treated with wormer and flea treatment prior to entering the cattery.
Standard fees include heated chalet with outdoor covered tiled exercise area and multi-level sitting areas.
Choice of food from Felix, Whiskas, Kit e Cat, Go Cat Complete, or Iams. A deduction is made if own food is provided.
Medical insurance is provided for your cat for the duration of the stay. (Excluding existing conditions). Any medical condition, injury, or treatment by a vet in the preceding 6 months must be notified on entry.
If we need to consult a vet with a condition which proves to be existing, the full account of the vet will be payable on collection/delivery of your cat.
We will not refuse treatment considered necessary by the vet.
Flea treatment. If it is discovered that any cat has fleas present, it will be treated with Frontline spot on which is charged at £8.00 per cat and must be paid for on collection.
A charge of £15.00 is made for arrivals and departures outside our opening times to cover additional staffing. (By prior arrangement only)
There is a minimum charge of two days boarding at appropriate rate.
